Owner

John has opened seven successful restaurants as Executive Chef. He is an award winning chef with 25 years experience in all areas of cuisine. He has been featured in several magazines and placed second in a St. Louis Iron Chef competition.   He has worked in all types of kitchens from home style scratch to fine dining. He is excited to welcome you to the restaurant and cannot wait to meet you and share a libation or two with you!
